V-るわけにはいかない

水曜日にお客様との打ち合わせなので、仕事を休むわけにはいかない。

Wednesday is a meeting with a customer, so I cannot take off from work.

明日までにレポートを出さないといけないから、まだ寝るわけにはいかない。

I have to submit the report by tomorrow, so I cannot sleep yet.
