1. Eligibility

GyanMirai is open to learners of all ages. Our Platform is a free educational resource for Japanese language learning, and anyone can access our study materials, practice tests, and learning tools.

2. Service Description

GyanMirai is a free Japanese language learning platform focused on JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) preparation. Our services include:

• Study materials for JLPT levels N5 through N1, including kanji, vocabulary, and grammar guides.
• Practice tests and quizzes designed to simulate JLPT-style questions.
• Interactive learning tools such as flashcards, search tools, and progress tracking.

3. User Accounts

5. User-Generated Content

You may create content through community features such as posts and comments. By submitting content, you:

• Retain ownership of your original content.
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with the Platform.
• Represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Agree not to post content that is offensive, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or illegal.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to study materials, practice tests, educational articles, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GyanMirai or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our content for personal, non-commercial study purposes only. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

GyanMirai is an independent educational resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Japan Foundation or JEES in any way.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as Google OAuth for sign-in). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Advertising

The Platform may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. These ads help us keep the Platform free for all users. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Practice test scores predict actual JLPT examination results.

Our study materials are designed as supplementary learning aids and should not be your sole preparation resource for the JLPT examination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GyanMirai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in our study materials.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GyanMirai and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will remain in effect.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
